Units don't seem to be replenishing.

Hi,
I started an Aragon campaign with bgr IV and even with full recruitment and the "Universal Right To Knight " trait, the Knights of Mentesa (sp?) and Feudal knights stay at 11 turns and 6 turns respectively. I am wondering if there is a problem or what?

Please leave any thoughts or suggestions,

edit: Oh, actually they only have average recruitment ability. However, there is the universal right to knight thing so wouldn't that not matter?
edit2: what is the internal name of the BGR trait for full recruitment? I would like to give that to my faction leader so at least he can recruit some good troops.

Thank you Byg before you had posted that I had actually gone and downloaded that exact PDF and found the >70% thing.

If you wouldn't mind telling me the internal name for the previously mentioned trait, that would be great.

edit: Oh and if anyone knows the counter to the severely injured trait that would be great as well.
