how do i change a settlement size and its owner???

hi, i hope you can help me! can someone please tell me how to change the size of a settlement (i.e. large town -> huge city) and how i can change the faction that owns this settlement (i.e. give constantinople to the turks)?

descr_strat.txt in world\campaign\imperial_campaign

for internal names of buildings check export_descr_buildings.txt

thx for the fast reply! ok, i see... so i changed the city levels, but how do i change the factions that own these cities?

Each faction has a section in descr_strat where their settlements are listed. Move the settlement you want from one faction's section to another faction's section. Also, use show_cursorstat in-game to figure out the coordinates for the settlement, and remove any army that is stationed there in descr_strat.
