    Default Increasing Construction Costs

What effect will this have on the AI? I just started playing Broken Crescent the other day, and I really like the high construction costs in that mod. I was thinking about increasing construction costs by maybe 300% across the board in SS. Something like that. Anyway, my main concern is that this will completely cripple the AI. I don't know exactly how the AI works, so I was just wondering what will end up happening to the AI if I do this?

Edit: Now that I think about it, the economy script ensures that they don't stay in the red, right?

I think your idea is good. I myself have found that once everything is fully upgraded, and your empire spreads a bit, the economy is just too strong.

Anyways, to the point. Download this: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...ght=the+taxman.

I don`t know if you are familiar with that script, but I`ve been using it for a while, and it seems that it really helps with the AI developing cities (AI cities I take are usually fully developed).
Imo, it beats the SS 6.4 economy script by a mile...

Ah thanks for that. That's perfect.
