Portraits for Underage character??

Been searching the forums for some time now and still can't find anyinfo on it, need to know if it is possible to give a custom portrait to a underage character so that when they come of age they will have the portrait that i want them to have?? any help would be great gang

As a juvenile, no. But when they come of age you can use a custom portrait. For the portrait to work, I believe you would need to use a script. I don't know know if it will work in descr_strat, but you could try.

descr_strat try

character_record		whoever, 	male, age 2, alive, never_a_leader, portrait whoever

For the script you would need to know when the character comes of age and send him off map before your turn starts. Something like this-

	spawn_army 
		faction sicily

		unit		SE Bodyguard				exp 1 armour 0 weapon_lvl 0
	end

    terminate_monitor	
end_monitor

yeah the descr_strat will not work, and i think i will have to script it as u say, was hoping it would have been more easy per say lol thanks for the info, will try it out now, owe and +rep for the reply.

well that didn't work, i got him to spawn in the right place but it still gives him a random portrait, maybe its hardcoded or something?
