Family members not breeding

My ppl are mostly virile and fertile, still they wont get kids? Is this normal in SS?

Currently there is not a single underaged person in my family tree... Any way to force those couples to have sex?

Should be somehow related to the number of regions compared to the number of family members You have - and it´s a bit random too. Sometimes early in game i think my family will die out too - but then someone gets a child.

Buy them a movie or something...Seriously you might have reached your family members limit.The number of your family members is proportional to that of the number of your regions...so capture some regions

they are failing to breed because erectile dysfunction runs in the family and Viagra hasn't been invented

They've lost that ~~~loving feeling, whoaaa that loving feeeeling, but don't worry conquer more regions send generals that you don't need or like on suicide fights against Rebel/enemy armies, that should do it, island fights work best, then your general can't retreat all the way home, just dies on the island. Another thing to do is save before you end a turn ( I always do) and then end it, no kids, reload a few times see if it happens.
