Napoleon Total war goes EXTREMELY SLOW

Hi guys.


Well, after fixing, finally, my little problem with my PC, i have found now that Napoleon Total War, for some reason, runs extremely slow in battles and campaign map, like my PC was very old, and you will see is not...

Here is my dxdiag attached, I hope you can help me...

It seems like it is gone now.. apparently, I had to reboot the PC first after disabling all sound devices except Realtek...

I'll let you know if the problem re-appears.

Just a question: Did you create a crossfire profile for NTW ? That might be a good idea, as my NTW made quite a lot of trouble after I got SLI. Until I took the time to create a profile.

No, I didn't create a profile, and I don't think I will. I don't trust Radeonpro that much, and also, I'm not going nuts for just one buggy game (yet another from CA). Never had to do it before, anyway.

Disable crossfire then try it or download the profiles from www.amd.com for the game.

I think I already solved it, just disabling other audio devices and rebooting. If it ever comes back again, I'll let you know.

Profiles are downloaded, so they can't be. Anyway, thanks, and good gaming.
