I need some help
I modded RTW to play METW but it won't start. It doesn't crash but it just goes to the loading screen and stays there. Then when I get out it say "File (bunch of weird symbols) doesn't exist". And so I can't play it. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Thaty sounds like you are installing a 1.2 mod over RTw 1.5, this is a problem relating to the animations.

You're only option is to reinstall RTW, patch it to 1.2 then install the mod, thats the only way to fix it.

Unless you have bought RTW gold... That is standard 1.3 and it cannot be patched to 1.2.

Sounds like I'll have to patch it to 1.1 (it says it can be done and would be better on 1.1 than 1.2 for some reason). In 1.5 sons that come of age start in the city nearest to their fathers, was that change made in 1.1 or a later patch. Because if there is one thing I like about 1.5 its that.

That came with 1.2, 1.5 fixes the load/save bug and really improves the ai.
