Scary Movie 4

I just got back from seeing it and it was a hilarious movie. Its your typical gross, sexual humor. The series keeps getting better and better. The first 10 minutes are the best.(The Charlie Sheen and viagra)

yeah, saw it last night. IT was pretty damn funny. Laughed my ass off.

I entirely agree; these movies are garbage.

It's not that I'm "too good" for these movies. I simply find them unentertaining and I highly dislike the "humor" of the movies.

Scary movie 1 was the best one.
Part 4 wasn't that funny. The jokes were very predictable.
Only joke that was funny was when the president was listening to that children's story about the duck, "I don't like children, remind me to sign that abortion bill".
That got a laugh from me.

Yes, that's what they were supposed to do, they are however so stupid in their execution that anyone with a bit of taste in humor is going to be put off. Probably something I laugh about after 4 beers.

In all seriousness, I saw one of them and was disappointed. After my friends went on and on about how funny it was, I was very put out because It was stupid in a stupid way.

Anchorman, however, was intelligent in its stupidity. Is there a word for that? I think we should invent one.

I don't think that Scary Movie is funny. Its all gross out and slapstick. They aren't funny if used ineffectually.

AnchorMan had slapstick and gross out in it, but it used them in the right way.

some friends rented it and this movie was sooo boring, it sucked really baaad... a simpsons episode or a family guy episode is 1000 % more funnier than this piece of crap. I almost fell asleep... this movie is for people that just laugh out loud when you are just mentioning the word poo..
now a good parody is the monty python movies..

Well I just saw it recently and I thought it was ok. The best parts were the Viagra and U.N. scenes in my opinion. But compared to the other Scary Movie(s), this one was rather weak.

saw it a couple of weeks ago with some friends...bad movie really, but I had a few laughs.

I liked the scene where the asian businessman fights with the ghost in the bathtub while he's trying to convince Cindy that the house is not haunted.

and a few quotes:

"We'll build our own tripods. Ours will have four legs!"

President Harris: [to the U.N] So, an Indian, a Frenchman, and the Pope are all on a plane. The pilot says, "Hey, are any of you not circumcised?" So the Pope lifts up his robe and says, "Shut up, stupid! You don't even speak English!" The Israeli asks the Japanese guy to open his eyes, but the Japanese man says, "I'm not squinting you crazy Jew, you're the one who sold me these cheap glasses!"

They've never really caught my favour really... they're too obvious in their use of humour. It's like you can tell the actors are trying to be funny and failing miserably. To continue along the use of Anchorman as an example, its more non-chalonte. The humour isn't forced, and its alot more natural...hence funny. To me anyway.

I watched the first one and i was amused by it it flowed nicely and was still pretty funny, i watched the second and was majorly dispointed i felt it was more like a bunch of sketches slapped together with only a halfhearted attempt at having a story which i felt the first one had managed. After the second one i didnt bother with the third so i doubt i will bother with this
