I'd love it if random lords appeared and died, and if they could rebel and create their own kingdoms.

I despise gunpowder in M&B.
And there will very likely not be fantasy factions. They mixed that during the early development with necromancers, undead, and black knights but chose the path of realistic factions instead.
I'd like a "Byzantine" faction myself.
FREE THE NIPPLE!!!
I only want killable lords if theres some kind of generated replacments, or mercs that can swear in and replace them.
I want lords whose forces are actually based on there holdings, and who cant just magic troops up to use or garrison.
Preferably id like there armies to function like player armies, so they could be filled with recruits or a lord might eb walking round with nothing but elites because he's been warring for a long time.

Give a few years and you should be fine.
Gunpowder ruins the best feature of the game - its manual combat.
yeah gunpowder is dumb with the fact that you can be shot from your spawning point on some maps it makes for a annoying game if you always die in the beginning of a battle
^ huh, most of the gunpowder mods i played getting hit was sortof a fluke, that didn't happen unless you ran into a wall of lead, incredibly deadly, but hardly ever hitting.

I liked gunpowder, gave you a way to beat enemys armoured to the max while at the same time your inaccuracy and slow fire rate kept you from dominating the field.
Someone proposed this (can't remember where), but I haven't seen it on this thread:
Customizable Coats of Arms!!!,
please.

Under Patronage of MARCVS
what i mean by gunpowder is not a sniper but somthing that is extremely inaccurate and close range. or a spear wall function for troops to kinda like couch their spear against cav so when they run into it instead of just collapsing like what happens now they can fend of the khergits instead of being butchered
