Having recently been appointed Dictator of Rome I find myself arrayed against by criminals and traitors. The contents of our treaty state that in times of need, you will send armed support to aid Rome. This is the greatest crisis the Republic has felt in some time, and I must call upon you now. Half of the spoils of this war will be shared with you, our allies, more than we have ever given in the past. We call upon you know to honor your treaty, so that we may do the same when called upon.

OOC: Actually it isn't just that, if you look at the last time anyone attempted to get levies from one of our clients to fight in a war against a foreign enemy, they refused. And in this case they run the risk of supporting the wrong side, if someone wants to roll/RP this out as "Battle mod" I'm not going to object, but appreciate the reality of the situation.
