SS6.4 Sub-mod war enhanced patch 1.2 version (for MSC6.0 in late era campaign)

You need to install the Meneth's Sub-mod Compilation (MSC) 6.0 before you use this patch.
Also recommend installing ReallyBadAI v5.1.3.

After you finish the installation , you may go to SS_setup choose the late campaign
and setting...
Then use the 1.0 patch (only supports late Era campaign)

Patch include:
1. Freeupkeeping slots, the recruitment slots X2
2, an enhanced version of AI (never peace,more Aggressive)
3. recruitment cost, upkeep be half
4. renew unit time, the accumulation upper limit X2
5, the construction time be half
6. Income funds and royalty payments be half
7. Papal's AI in the very hard of difficultly , have the opportunity to invade other countries
8. Enforce to have permanent watchtowers

Effect:
more fun with enough reinforcement...

This looks interesting, Id like you to clarify point 6 though: You halved our incomes ? Why ?
