    Default napoleon info

Sorry if this is already asked but after trying the demo off steam i decided it was alot more smooth then Empire but are any of the features really that much better besides the very nasty bugs in empire.
Is there a better ai system?
if i dont want to play only napoleon can i do like a global map campaign instead?
and finaly are there any good mods out for napoleon?

The very nasty bugs from Empire are not present in Napoleon. There are a few cool additions such as attrition and replenishment of your armies, 4 seasons, tons and tons of unique units.

Is there a better ai system?
Yes, though it still requires running BAI or CAI or Universal AI mods to make it better. With most of the fighting on one continent, its slightly easier for the AI to manage fights.

Well, this is Napoleon: Total War... there is no global map. That would be like buying Shogun and saying you would rather have a global map.

and finally are there any good mods out for napoleon?
Yup plenty. There are overhaul mods as well as lots of smaller ones. Check out the mod forums?
    Still playing Napoleon:TW

However, you can play the Egyptian campaign, the Italy campaign, or the Peninsular Campaign

There is the coalition campaign though, were you can play a member of the coalition in the european great campaign (GB, Prussia, Austria, Russia).
And you can play the british or the spanish in the peninsular war DLC.

i would say napoleon have a lot of improvement (including bug) and some new features such as attrition, auto replenishment, etc.

although the main downside between napoleon TW and ETW is the lack of more playable faction and the fact that you can only play campaign in Europe theater.
you can, play the egypt, Italy, and Peninsular(DLC) campaign however

aw that was the one thing i really liked about empire tw i could take over the entire world.
O and one thing i forgot to ask is are the graphics any better? I almost always lag in any battle with more than 12 units on each side but in the demo there was a decent amount of troops and firepower going on and my game ran perfectly

Yes, the graphics are better. Regarding your second question:
Well, with out knowing your system specs, there are no way to tell, even with the desciption of the demo you gives above. Post you specs like this:
    OS
    CPU
    GPU
    RAM
Then you can get an answer.
