I think it would be good to have more than one settlment per province. Because I'm sure that within one province, there were numerous smaller settlements and a capital city. This would be great because conquering the sole city in a pronvince won't automatically equate to dominance over the province. This would allow more strategic position of armies in a settlements in a province and more strategy.

    What do you guys think?

that's probably not possible. Good idea, but unfortunately unlikely.

That would be awesome...if the game wasn't so tight in its rules. Only one settlement and up to one port per province, unfortunately. There is a way to add small villages by using a mining resource (such as gold or silver) and replacing the mine models with a small village, but they have little effect on the actual conquering of the town.

Boo, I hate that idea. More cities means more upkeep means more boring crappy siege battles....

If someone stumps up to do campaign map graphics our map will look a lot more alive, there are already a ton of plans to do that sort of stuff. We just don't have a graphics person to do it. Takers?
