Serbian diplomat got in the room, and requested meeting with somebody.
Lol you make it sound as though he snuk in like a ninja XD
When the Serbian Diplomat asks for entry, a guard with particularly bad breath leads him into a room, they strap him down and give him three lashings with a whip before letting him meet the Tsar.
"Just standard protocol, we need to make sure Serbians know their place before meeting the Tsar..."
the Diplomat is lead to the Tsar's throne which, shocklingly, lacks any skulls, bones or the blood of fallen enemies. Don't always believe what you read.
Tsar Kaloyan looks at the diplomat and says plainly, "If you were anyone else from anywhere else but the South, I would say it's a pleasure to meet your company, but that would be a lie. What is your business here?"
Diplomat bowed and kneel."Sorry for my later mistake, Noble Tsar. There is war happening in the North, and our fellow Orthodox brothers are in danger. If we don't do anything, Russians will lose the war. My Tsar wishes alliance, and open war against Russian enemies. He also wishes to make marriege between our people. Here are some gifts from the Serbian Tsar."
The Bulgarian Tsar can only shake his head.
"I must reject it. If I am to cement an alliance with Serbia, who is an ally of the Greco-Romans, then I would lose all face rather quickly, surely you understand we had to fight to achieve sovereignty against the Romans, correct. My name is indeed, Romanslayer..."
OOC: Actually we aren't they are NPCs now
OOC: Yes, they were kept for the sake of balance though. So they are still around, just not played by anyone.
OOC : OK
" Will you join the war then? "
"No."
Diplomat bowed once again and left.
Kaloyan breathed a sigh of relief...
"Finally... Annoying Serb..."
A crusader diplomat comes in.
We request for trade, good sir.
