    Default Random PC Shutdown during battles.

    I'm using Windows 7 64 Bit
    Kingdoms 1.5
    SS 6.4

    UAC turned off and running as admin

    Reallybadai and nextheirancillary are the only mods i use.

    I'm not getting CTD's, during random battles my pc shuts down altogether. It's not BSOD either, the pc just shuts down. I'm using a brand new pc i put together a month ago. All new parts. I only have this problem during battles. I never crash anytime else.

    I use Speedfan and the temps never exceed 50, only the GPU but never past 60. I even tested it and one of these shutdowns happened when the GPU was only in the 40's. So, it's not a heat issue. The pc isn't hot or warm to the touch when it turns off.

    I did a 15 hour Memtest to see if it's a memory issue and i got no errors.

    I have all up to date drivers, gpu, motherboard, ect.

    It's strange because i never had this issue on my last pc and i've been playing SS for almost a year.

    I thought maybe it was a PSU issue but again this only happens with SS and during battles. I have tested it with games such as Borderlands, Left for Dead 2, Baldur's Gate ect. I've even tried all my other Total War games and yet to have this issue.

    I love this game and don't understand why this is happening. Any help would be appreciated.

    are you sure you have installed it properly? you say ss6.4 at the top, but the log says ss6.3!

    Yes, the game runs fine. It's patched to SS 6.4. The campaign map has never crashed on me. And it only happens in random battles.

    the installation of SS creates a folder called SS6.3 which is then patched to 6.4, the folder name does not change however, his install in that regard is just fine.
