Is there any mod that makes it where not every men in the unit is wearing the same color or design.
Example( Greek Hoplites Have different shield designs and so on)

Unfortunately that's not possible with the RTW engine - this feature was first enabled in M2TW.

Most likely Roman Legions wore same armor and equipment for their units. But of course I would like to see different faces, colors of faces, tans, short, tall, etc. Fat, skinny. But alas, RTW engine was not designed with it.
Same kind of equipment, yes, but not exactly the same. It's not really known, for example, what the legionnaires' shields looked like. Chances are that all of them still had different colours and patterns, and weren't uniform at all. Same with helmets: they were the same helmets, but what'd prevent the guys from adding plumes and such to it when they had the chance? Most likely Roman Legions wore same armor and equipment for their units. Of course, then I'm still talking Late Republican Era. I think it'd be plausible for the legionnaires to start being uniform under the emperors, as raising legions then became a matter of the state rather than the wealthy general.
^Exactly. Think about the decorations and trophies looted from fallen enemies!
Too many possibilities. Changing armor after looting, etc, is quite hectic. Especially for the coders.
They already sort of have "veteran" units in Roman legions in RTW. The guy holding the flag is supposed to be a centurion. Or something like that.
I was talking about having different unit looks when they get a new experience level. For example, when the unit reaches level 3 experience then they get a new skin; the new skin would make the unit look more veteran like.
^Well, looking at the amount of work for the artists, seeing as Med2's armour upgrades wouldn't make sense in the Ancient era (where troop types and units were determined by what they wore and used, so upgrading armour would essentially be making a new unit and thus be unrealistic), that could be dropped in favour of an experience-looks system. Just as much work as the Med2 armour thing was.
By adding different units when they reach different experience levels, you open so many paths for variations. It's incredibly difficult to make 3 different looking units for one unit. And then do the same for the other 100 or so. Quite tedious.
