Re: Professional training Staff Problem
Did your Emperor (the one that died) have 8 or more anciliaries? If that was the case, you will just need to wait a bit, and your new emperor should get "Professional Training Staff".
If the above was not the case, then I have no idea...

Re: Professional training Staff Problem
In total how many professional training staffs do you have?If you have 1 or 2 then wait a few turn and one of your generals will acquire it.If you have 3 then no matter how long you ll wait your faction leader wont get it.So lets suppose it is the second occasion.Take your leader and the general that has the 3rd Prof.Staff and megre them in the same army.Open their menu(where you can see the traits and their retinue) and simply drag and drop the Prof.staff from the random general to your faction leader

Re: Professional training Staff Problem
Get rid of one of his ancillaries to make a room for Professional Recruitment Stuff.
Just transfer any transferable ancillary to another character.

Re: Professional training Staff Problem
I always use the same tread to say that I noticed a bug regarding the guild of Masons, after several turns the guild gives you a place of worship ....... when I played with the Byzantines, this small church converted the region to Catholicism, then I've destroyed but relations with the pope worsened and he declared war .... destroy the church was the only solution because it lowers the orthodox, but worsen relations with the pope, and consequently other Catholic nations
