i was going through some threads about how to get 2tpy..
(like everyone noted.. i just hate it for the generals being already in their late ages,
when it took so much time n effort to raise them..)
but as many have also noted..
2tpy is all good except the fact that it would significantly delay the events trigger..
making it even more difficult to see the cool high era units,
the all-great-SSteam have placed in with so much effort.
It is a shame to just play with good-old-spearmen only..
but even with 1tpy it is already difficult me to maintain the game till i get high era units..
cuz the world domination is nearly finished by the time i can get to recruit them.
Well, so back to the main point..
if i just delete/comment-out the aging script,
will the game proceed by 1tpy, while the characters only age per 2turns?
I know these settings won't be anything even near "realistic",
though I think it would provide me a much more comfortable gameplay.
P.S. 1
I saw a post saying this can be done by editing the events file as well..
but it came to my mind that it would be easier this way.
(Just having to change a single file, while the other method needs about three of them changed.)
And the fact that the events atleast would be triggered on the correct year seemed a better option.
