Urgent Update Problem

I have just had to reinstall NTW, and it now seems to be trying to download a massive update. Its at around 1.2 gig at the moment, and only at 70%

I have Mobile broadband, 15 gig monthly allowance, but I have 2 weeks and change to go before I get my usage refreshed, and am already down to 8 gig, so not pleased.

When I last reinstalled it a few weeks ago, I am certain there was not such a big update - it was more like 400 meg.

I have the Empire Total War & Napoleon Total War, plus all DLC for both Game of the Year Edition, so surely that should be as up to date as possible?

Is steam causing a problem, so its not installing all my Napoleon files correctly perhaps? I just don't understand this discrepancy.

Unfortunately, if you reinstalled, the game would have to patch itself from 1.0 to 1.3. And then comes any dlcs you might have purchased, and community unit, if you have that. All in all, if my memory serves me well, NTW needs to download apox 2.6GB before it is up to date (reminder, I have the Penninsular Campaign dlc, but I have no idea about how big that download was).
