Is this Stainless Steel?

I just found this video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4uGeS...yer_detailpage and it seems this guys is using stainless steelll.I wonder what submod has that menu background picture and where can I put my hands on it ( the picture)?

Havent been around here in a while however I think you will find that this is SS6.3 with Point Blanks RR/RC Compilation.
The last time I played about a year ago before downloading 6.4 I had that compilation submod and that is exactly what the start menu was.

He says that it is 6.2 in the video, less than a few seconds in.

6.2 RR/RC Compilation, to be exact.
