1. Immediate war is to be declared against Numidia
2. Pro-Consul Lucullus shall be given imperium to deal with the Numidians
3. Gnaeus shall raise a legion and convince his ally Flavius Hispansis Drusus to bring their shared cavalry to Numidia
4. He shall use 10000 of his own money to raise an extra 500 cavalry and 1000 Archers
5. Those reinforcements that have been deemed uneeded in Lusitania namely the 2200 peltasts/slingers/archers, 300 Allied Cavalry that do not belong to either Senator Flavius or Consul Gnaeus shall also be sent to Numidia
6. Any Senator who wishes to pledge money and troops to the war can, and shall send them as soon as they are readily available
