well not that realistic map just change the ground types and add villages alot of villages and sea texture change too...

realistic I think not. looks good though especially the castles. I think the EB map in RTW looked better IMO of course

That is a map from a "history channel" made game called "medivial battles". made for xbox360/ps3.
