On a more related note, I'm thinking of taking a more "social" angle with the next update, while we wait for the official 1810 update: An entirely new section separate from the main history track focusing on the "culture" (ack, too much use of "") that has developed within IH over time. Relations and points of friction between players, general interests, the rise of the Bar as the center of IH life (outside the games), etc. etc. There's a whole wealth of information in here that isn't covered by simply listing flamewars and their general time of occurrence.
Thoughts?
Also, remember that anybody is allowed to write an article for this if they want. Just pitch me your idea or, heck, send me a completed summary via PM. We can't rely on my faulty memory alone here.

Also, it's odd that Marshy and I have always been together in arguments, yet I don't remember actually ever having a conversation with Marshy. I would like to, though, he seems like a cool guy.
