Settlement Title Ancillaries Changes.
This small mod changes two things:
The text accompanying settlement ancillaries.
The effects of settlement ancillaries with 'role playing' in mind
Settlements changed in the current version (0.6)

Examples of changes;
The 'Count of Midlands' (Nottingham) title is now 'Earl of Nottingham', with bonuses to trade and loyalty as the castle was built to police two vast Royal hunting forests. The title 'Earl of Nottingham' was first created in the fourteenth century, whereas 'Count of Midlands' never existed.
The 'Duke of Dublin' (Dublin) is gone, replaced with 'Lord Lieutenant of Ireland'. The King was 'Lord of Ireland', he appointed a Lord Lieutenant to govern in his stead. The province generates a wealthy but hard governor, reflected in a small tax bonus and increase in dread.
The 'Duke of Normandy' (Caen) is altered significantly. The title has always been in the possession of the English Monarch, bar one or two brief blips. Thus, the title severely affects the loyalty of the holder, whilst generating command and tax bonuses to reflect the great wealth and military potential of the region.
Suggestions, as stated above, are welcome - this will likely be a short-term project, as map alteration mods are in progress that will reject this little modification due to region redistribution. I will not touch the Byzantine Empire, Russian Factions, or Turks; too much politics, too little consensus.
