    Default Question about settlement types

    Is it possible, as in vanilla MTW, to turn a small town into a castle or a castle into a town?
    I usually liked this feature because it allowed me greater flexibility in choosing where to have troop-producinc centers.

    That feature is, unfortunately, NOT present in DLV (that I have seen). I think that repman and the other developers decided that the game balance was more stable if you couldn't just keep re-writing that balance.
