Any good Stanless steel faction guides for 6.4?

not what I had in mind, I was thinking of Nazgul Killer format, not to mention almost all the guides mention 6.3 not 6.4

P.S. Is the "Normal" difficulty in this mod considered VH/VH because I always play M/M

There are a couple of guides very similar to Nazgul Killer's MTW2 guide for 6.3 with a few additions due to 6.4 but the only major differences of 6.4 are slower growth rates and stronger heretic agents. Rebels etc are a bit stronger but rarely noticeably.

You play M/M on what? vanilla, other mods? I don't think normal is VH/VH on vanilla but maybe could be considered H/H but it depends a huge amount on what submods you enable.
