1. The current fleet of thirteen ships is to be expanded to thirty and used to transport the XVI to North Africa immediately.
2. Formal acknowledgement of the 10,000 denarii sent to bolster the legions in Gaul.
3. Considering the lack of contact from Hispania, and the new urgency to end the conflict there, a further missive is to be sent to the Pro-Consul instructing him to seek peace, in the event that the prior order went missing along the way.
4. Assuming peace is secured the fleet is to immediately transport the XI Artilli and the III Italica from Hispania to North Africa, to be placed under the command of the the Pro-Consul of Sicilia et Africa. If peace is not secured only the III Italica is to be transported to North Africa, the XI Artilli will remain in Hispania pending further examination of the strength of the Lusitanian forces.
