    Default Question about guilds

    I was wanting to add the knights templar guilds back to the European factions that had those in 6.3. What files would I need to change to accomplish this? I could not find the answer in the help tutorial threads


    Question # 2: I am getting duplicate Eastern Spearmen in the town guard, militia drill square etc.. for Kiev Rus in my alltowns mod and I cannot figure out which units to delete in the Buildings file? I have manged to remove all duplicates except these. Are they listed under another name in the buildings file?

    They are Smolensk Infantry in the EDB.

    Anyone know where I can find the information about how to add the templar knights guild back to the european factions?

    Hate to bump my own thread like this

    What files would I have to adjust to add the knights templars guilds back to the way it was in 6.3?

    I tried comparing the 6.3 buildings file with 6.4. but can't figure out what to do?

    I can help you tomorrow mate 'cos my current SS config is a bit err ... complicated, so I have to re-do all the stuff.

    If you want to have them back as a guild, then you need to add them back into the guild file. If you are just wanting to remove the building restrictions, then delete the hidden_resource requirements for them in the EDB.
