Oliphant
Would any one be interested in making a better oliphant skin. I havn't found one that anyone has already made. I have managed to make the oliphant, or "Yubtseb elephants" as the game calls them, available to a faction I would just like a better skin. Thank you if you are willing.

Check the three LOTR Mods for Oliphants. Not a skin but a model.
LOTR-TW has one designed from the movie.
METW seems to be one a bit of the movie, but is a year old or so.

a model is the structure you put the skin on... it is generally harder to edit

The model is the 3d part of the unit, the texture is the 2d texture that is used to skin the unit.

You can edit the skin with the gimp or something like that
but you can only edit the model with 3ds max :original:
