Remove or modify a script

Hello everyone ,

I wonder if it is possible to remove or change the
USED /Maximun Possible Military size script .

i am playing at hotseat and we have a big problem with that.

Go to data\world\campaign\imperial_campaign

Edit the campaign script.

Find and remove all instances of 'freeze_recruit_pool'.

Done
