HELP ME PLEASE! Barbarian Invasion Works Only ONCE!

HELP ME PLEASE! I HAVE TOTAL WAR ERAS ORIGINAL! ROME TOTAL WAR WORKS FINE BUT BARBARIAN INVASION WORKS ONLY ONCE AFTER INSTALLATION! WHEN I START A CAMPAIGN JUST AFTER INSTALLATION IT WORKS, BUT THE SECOND TIME IT CRASHES TO DESKTOP WITH AN UNKNOWN ERROR! IF I UNINSTALL IT AND INSTALL IT AGAIN IT WORKS AGAIN BUT ONLY FOR ONCE... SOME MONTHS AGO EVERYTHING WAS FINE I DIDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING ON MY PC! I HAVE WINDOWS 7... PLEASE HELP ME

Hi there.
Post your dxdiag please. And, I know you did not make changes to the PC, but did you by chance make any driver changes in the mean time? Do you also, by chance, use any mods to RTW?
This unknow error, does that have to do with Access Violation?? Try to exclude RTW and BI from Data Execution Prevention.

well as for mods i used but not this time, i have deleted everything... please tell me how do i find my dxdiag and how do i exlude rtw and bi from Data Execution Prevention? sorry if i am a noob please help me and thank you very much in advance

start>run and typing in dxdiag.exe
Save the information, post it here in a spoiler.

You can, if you like, turn off DEP completely.

Right click on My Computer
Click on Properties
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Settings button in thePerformance section
Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab

Then:

Find the exe. files for RTW an BI (all of them) and add them to the list.

You do know that a complete restart of the computer is needed for the changes to take place, right ???

Edit post --> Go Advanced. Then post it all (the entire save you made, just copy-->paste). Mark it all by Ctrl+a. Then press the Wrap Spoiler buttom ( the big brown ! buttom). Press submit reply.

You have not installed the games in the programs (as opposed to the programs(x86)) ? It is supposed to be in the programs(x86). Are you/do you run the computer as the administrator?
I ask this as I can not see anything, beyond the outdated graphics drivers. Sorry. You might want to draw the attention of either Irishron, Ishan or Brusilov to this, as they are much more skilled in this than I am.
