How to replenish Templar Units?

Hi there this is my first time playing this mod and it is very fun but it is a little overwhelming but in a good way. Im starting off my first campaign as the crusader states. Ive fought a lot of battles with the Fatamids but how do i replenish my troops? I can't seem to get my Templar Units (Sergeants, elite troops, etc) to go back to fulll strength. Ive built most of the barracks so what am i missing?

If you are playing early campaign, then I think Templar units cannot be built unitil the council of troyes event, and also, templars are religious order units, they take a long to become available again. Assuming you are not playing BGR.
