This is a great deal for a desktop. It has awesome specs which are:
2.0 GHz
1 GB RAM
250 GB Hard drive
3 PCI 1 PCI express
GeForce 6150 LE
12 Month Warranty
I think it's a pretty good computer at a reasonable price.

I would always reccomend building a system onself. Its not that hard at all, checking compatablility is usually pretty easy, and you can buy parts from a place like newegg.com or tigerdirect.com or somesuch. So price goes down, and you get to have the fun of tailoring it to your needs, as well as being very satisfied with your work. I made a...
ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard (939 pin)

All for about 1500...including the monitor and speakers.
Go Cubbies!

If I have $2000-3000 I can build a system that smokes that
BTW, thats a pretty good deal, especially with that dual core. Do upgrade the graphics card if you plan on doing any kind of gaming![]()

That's not a low price. $9000 is only cheap for rich ass dudes, something I doubt many of us are:wink:.Originally Posted by Warlord_Kaen

That's a super system but wow, $9000 for a PC, I'll pass on that. You got to be a hard core gamer with plenty of money to spend to get that system.Originally Posted by Warlord_Kaen

With what? I failed to think of a single way to actually smoke it. Build cheaper can be done, but smoking it can't.
Well lets see...
First, I'm assuming that dual-core is a Intel 920, so a FX-60 will smoke that.
Second, even if that dual-core is a overclocked FX-60, 4 gig of ram will actually be bad for the system, since 4 sticks of ram forces the memory timings to run at 2T.
Of course I'm talking about benchmark comparisms, in real life it will make no difference. But that just means you can spend $2000-3000 on a computer instead of 9k... Unless if you are amazingly rich and just want to throw away money...

I looked at the price tag and assumed it is a AMD.
About the 4 gig business - 2T and 1T will not make that much of a difference. If the memory is overclocked a bit, that will wipe it out. I have also heard of 2 gig sticks, so that might even it out. And that kind of memory may be needed if you are playing two games at once or something.....
Anyway, as far as noticeble difference goes, that tops out at about 1K computer. Anything more will need benchmarks.
