The lolz here would be that it shall have to pass by the old way.
I am proposing for bills only, not for citizenship process.
If anyone wants any explanation from me, I will do so.

What? No. Why end the discussion and just propose this when you literally had no support in the discussion thread? Even the guy who proposed it last time didn't support it. What's the point of repeating the same Bill proposals everying month with no new debate on the subject or even addressing the arguments of the previous debate. It wasn't even close to passing, even if it required just a simple majority.
Oppose this Bill and the manner in which these Bills keep recurring. Give Curial opinion some credit. If you feel like explaining why you've proposed it then do so. Something like that should really be in the OP IMO, because people are going to ask for justification for the change at some point so you should say why you're proposing it in the first place. The onus to explain why change should occur is really on the proposer.

Although this came eligible to be proposed again on the 24th of August - it has been voted on and failed so many times - this being the most recent. It suggests there's no appetite from changing the status quo I shouldn't think.

Oppose.
Absolutely opposed. Here's what I said earlier today in the Q&S:
As for amendments those should require significant support in order to change the constitution. I could have sworn I said in the other thread to just read the responses in previous attempts and you'll know why this idea is a terrible idea.
