    Default Removing missile before attack

    How do i prevent a unit from firing missiles before charging? i changed the secondary attack into primary for clibinarii and what happens is that they charge with their bows, you dont see them hitting the enemy but the damage is dealt.

    What do i do?

    you can always use alt + click to attack, then the unit will charge with their melee weapon. Otherwsie you would need ot edit the model for this to work properly.

    can it be reversed so that alt+attack does missile and just attack doesn't???

    I don't think so. Missile weapon must be primary IIRC, part of the hardcoding. I suspect this is particularly true with precursor weapons since the attribute is specifically spelled out. Of course, one could run a test to see what happens.

    Well yes if you set the missile weapon as their secondary, but that would require editing the model.

    yeah, ahmed when you changed the primary weapon the clibinari will still have their bows out because you would need to edit the model so they had their swords out. Just change the primary weapon back to bows and use the alt + right click method instead.
