Help with Invasio Barbarorum mod

Hi I have just downlaoded Invasio Barbarorum mod by Attlilla. The game loads up fine and I get as far as the choose faction screen.
After choosing the faction of my choice I click start campaign and it dumps me right back to the game selection screen offering me Quick battle Campaign ect.
Can anyone help with this problem please ?

make sure you have loaded IB over a clean version of the game. One time I had to reinstall RTW because of just the standard BI game (it did exactly what you mentioned above).

Moved to the Invasio Barbarorum-Flagellum Dei sub-forum.

I installed the mod a second time on a fresh copy of BI+1.6 patch.
The resault is the same. I get as far as the choose a faction screen but when I click start campaign I end up back at the game option screen instead opf my campaign starting up.

*Its very frustrating when I tried goths all faction mod on a copy of the same template BI + 1.6 clean install that mod ran fine.
Would really apreciate some advice on whats going wrong thanks.

If game not crash to desktop when you exit RTW you should normally see error message, providing you use that show_err command line in desktop shortcut
