Default 3 questions - moving capital, "Carthaginian" reforms, forced diplomacy not working

First of all, thank you for creating such a beautiful mod - I loved FOE, so you can imagine how I feel about RTR VII.

Then again, I have some questions:
    1. I am playing with the Antigonids, can I move my capital to Pella? I know that capital are hardcoded, but it seems kind of silly to me sticking to Corinth after recapturinf the true macedonian capital. Is the game going to break down or develop errors or is everything going to be OK if I switch to Pella?
    2. Around 276 I got a message from the advisor telling me I've got the "Carthaginian military reforms" (I'm still playing with the Antigonids, so I find it strange). Nevertheless, I can't see any change in my recruitment roster. Is it an error or is it because I don't have the highest city level or something like that?
    3. Forced diplomacy script gives me a CTD soon after when starting a new campaign, so I had to reinstall everything. I have Alexander installed, but I'm playing with BI. Is it related?

    Thanks for your answers!

    1. Antigonids are a special case, you should move to Pella. Regarding the other factions, there is no problem to move the capital in the game, but we've added hard-coded funktions to the original capitals that won't move. Loose your (original) capital, and face the consequenses

    2. Probably a minor bug, Carthage got the reforms.

    3. You've got to ask in the FD thread

So Carthage got the reforms, not Macedon and I should move the capital to Pella. Thank you for all your quick answers!

Nope, they'll kcick in if you loose your capital. Though I'm not sure how it works with the antigonids, since they have no real capital at the start

I think you do face some penalties, because as soon as I captured Pella public order in all my cities suddenly increased.

Did move my capital to Larissa though, no problems so far...

That sounds like it should be.

You have to differ between the RTW capital, and the VII capital. The RTW one is the one that you can change, and it can help with the distance to capital penalty. The VII one is pre-defined, and will give huge penalties if lost

oVo very kindly posted this for me:

it has not caused any CTDs in my campaign. make sure you make backups just in case even though oVo provides back ups. Seems to be no conflicts with the campaign script either.

Thanks for the advice, Guderian, I seemed to have another forced diplomacy script, which was buggy. It works fine with the one you recommended, and just in time, since otherwise I would've been forced to eliminate the Achaeans and the Spartans and I hate destroying factions.

I would like to mention that I think that it states all the reforms. For instance on my Roman campaign, I noticed that it told me about Spartan Reforms and that I could now recruit the new unit

I guess that was the point the script has triggered the AI Sparta (or other refoms) but the message should pop up when you're not playing those factions.
