Garrison Script still enabled?

I'm running on FRoME 2.5 and I removed the
;#################### Garrison Script Version 1.3 #####################

line in the script as the FAQ says, and I just double checked and it is definitely gone but its still active in the campaign and it wasn't just a fluke as it happened twice in the same game.


Any ideas of what caused this/how I can remove it?

Thats just the title, you should read the instructions more carefully

Find the line that says
;#################### Garrison Script Version 1.3 #####################
Remove everything below it until you find the line that says
;########################### MONEY SCRIPT ##############################
