Confused - where are the first turn decisions?
I have a feeling this might be a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask anyway.
When am I supposed to get the much written about first turn decisions?
I've played a couple of turns with different factions and I never get any decisions.
Is something wrong with my install or have I missed something essential?
Something I have to do, a button I have to push?

You're obviously playing with Taiji's Battlefield Balance minimod, and it would be best to look at the first post in his thread there, because he explains what he has removed and why he has removed the options. They make for simpler gameplay and a game less prone to indeterminate errors. Simply speaking, they're gone!

Aye, they were removed.
When bug-hunting, it really is best if everyone's playing one single verison without options.
Narrows down the variables.
