GT340 vs HD4850 ?

Quick Q.
my current E8400 4GB set-up has an HD4850 card.
some-one locally is selling a GT340 quite cheap (£30)

would buying it represent an upgrade in performance terms?

current set-up plays ETW and NTW OK.
not tried S2TW

Personally, I'd keep the 4850. If they come up with a GT 460 at that price, I maybe tempted.

I've got a HD4850, runs Shogun without a problem.

I don't think the 340 is even in the same league as the 4850, I would say definitly not.

Edit

On inspection I discovered the GT340 is a rebadged GT240, I would stick with the 4850
