I heard that the folk music is wonderful over there. Could you recommend me any good songs? I have heard of a very interesting instrument called "nyckelharpa", I would like some songs featuring this, too.

Some more Swedish songs:
Ack Värmeland du sköna (sung by Jussi Björling in 1936)
Version with a boys choir
Hårgalåten
A much more traditional version than the example posted above by CVD (not some strange jazzy stuff). I have heard that song hundreds of times as a child when my grand parents ,who lives in Hälsingland (the "place of origin" of the song), took me around to various folk music and dance gatherings like Hälsinghambon.
This is an example of the tune being performed along with dance at a gathering, in this case midsummers eve (not the best sound quality):
Two polskas also from Hälsingland
Wedding march from Leksand, Dalarna
Wedding March from Dalarna
Trollens brudmarsch (wedding march of the trolls)
Waltz from Infjärden
Vårvindar friska:
The Leksand version (music only)
