Just like the historical counterpart it tends to do nasty things to siege towers and rams.
High level iberian units have it and they will be followed by a north african unit in XC5.

We are bth using Delta 1.15 with Carthaginian Senate, Bi EXE and No Red Line all ticked.

since i'm back to playing this mod very very often any want to do any online battles but i think its better with a new settings so that both the people that play campaign won't have two copies or redownload it to match the settings, so they can play online
