I started a cartheginean campaign and after conqueriong Sicily and N-africa i thought this was the best time to put an end to the roman threat early on especially since the best units for Carthage have to be imported by boat...

So i took two stacks and invaded Roma and Capua to strike a deathly blow...

well the joke is on me, i had to give up Capua since my units there couldn't keep figting stacks 3time their size... Any way in this time i build policies in Roma that would let me recruit two types op mercs and ballistas... But only the balistas are available, i have metal import

since i needed recruits i tried arretium and their i can recruit etruscan's but....
what happens in ROME??
