This sounds confusing but, I upgraded my 4850 to a 6850 a few days ago.

I completely uninstalled the 4850 drivers and swept with driver sweeper. then put the 6850 in and installed the latest catalyst.

But when I go to run 3d mark 11, it says it cant detect DX11 hardware, only Dx10.1.

dxdiag, in the display tab, shows my old cards information.

Also, Metro 2033 will only allow me to play in DX10 mode.

Like wtf?
