Anyone have a working set of files for an "All Towns" for 6.4

I just can't figure out how to mod my modded version of the game to include an all-towns version, it appears that is beyond my ability and time I have to learn. Anyone have a working set of files for this for 6.4.?

What do you mean with "all-towns" version? I've seen a mod that merged Castles and Cities into a "One Type of Settlement" building (OTS), check for that perhaps

Are you talking about the CHIP mod? It appears that has been called off. I don't know of any other files that ROZ has for all towns with 6.4?

No I mean his Alltowns submod. Yes it's for 6.3 but you can use it work out why yours isn't working.
