    Icon4 Is this mod-foldered?

So, Today I was looking and saw this mod and I could not resit downloading it, but before I download it, I will like to know if it is mod-folder. Because in case I don't like the sub-mod, can I still play "vanilla" RTR Platinum 1.9? Thanks

Welcome! Yep, it's mod-foldered, and gets along quite well with the mod-foldered RTRPE.

So, I read that I can install it without having RTR, is it true? BTW looks great ^_^

Thanks! That's correct. It's a self-contained installation. Well, you do need to download the hotfix (also on the downloads page), but that's it.
