I' pretty sure I saw a king that was 67.

I think I saw a 72 year old in Rome once. He was also one of my worst generals.
Jon had taken Donal and Benjens advice to heart: Sam may be fat and pathetic, but he is still a member of the watch, and one of the few black brothers who isn't a rapist or thief. (out of context, this sounds ridiculously racist)

86 in Rome, a Carthiginian general sat in a fort for over 80 turns.
76, I think he was my faction leader in Milan(i can't remember) so I sent him on a crusade with Pucci Rossi, king died, pucci won the crusade, and instantly got full everything (chivalry, loyalty, etc)
He got full chivalry and full dread.![]()

My 73 year old Doge. My best general in the game by far. Took on and won 5 different crusades, notched up 15 captured cities under his belt and around 50 different battles he had won, while losing 5 or so. He had survived maniacal situations, defended Jerusalem in an impossible siege, captured Cairo in an impossible siege and single handedly destroyed the Fatimids, slaying five of their princes and two of their faction leaders.
Yes, I kept track of all that just for kicks, I tend to do that with my faction leaders and princes.

In SS6.1, I had Cakmak Pasa the Conqueror. Unlike my current faction leader, he actually earned that by conquering most everything between Antioch and my starting borders. With tier 1 horse archers and militia.

In my experience, the longest living characters are usually the Popes. Haven't seen anyone above 67 though.
In Med2 the oldest was 74, in Rome 102 (died in battle)
I sometimes get Characters with +100 years.
The maximum I ever saw was a pope, elected with 98 years, dying in battle (against me) with 121 years
Mine is 92
lol suuure he is.
Here are a few pictures from some of my campaigns..
King Ruggero died at the age of 90 btw

This isn't Medieval Total War, but I remember having my emperor get up to 85. He conquered all of Greece and the Middle East. After the conquest was done the next turn he died a peaceful death. His name was actually Augustus. I was sad to see him go.![]()
And which mod is that? Stainless Steel I guess?
