The Reason I deserve to be a Civ is because I feel I have contributed mre to this site than a lot of other people wearing the Civ badge, I work on the Eagle Standard and have done since the third Edition when GrimSta was MD - I also worked on the Helios, again under GrimSta - my highpoint was doing an Interview with Lt1956 but I also did an informal interview with the RTR prject leaders which was really cool.

In summary, I deserve to be a Civ cos I'm just so valuable, modest and just generally ace....

Heilige Legioen deserves to be a civ simply because of the work he put in to help make TWC unique. He did some of the best interviews i've read for the Eagle Standard and he also wrote great articles for The Helios. also the fact he is a good mate of mine anyway coupled witht he fact he's been a contributng member of TWC longer than I have and it means you have a perfect Civ candidate.
