Dwarves Of The White Mountains

Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the Dwarves have one more setlment in the White Mountains near Andrast? I think it would be a big setlment, but I'm not sure.

Hey playing the Dwarves with this setlment could help Rohan from being destroyed by Isengard from taking rebel land from there and attcking Isengard. And generally make it even more fun to play as the Dwarves. And also trade with Gondor and Rohan (And others etc) might be a little helpful.

And to make it more realistic and balance power the setlment in the White Mountains shoudn't have a dock, unless it really does have a dock in lore.
