please help me i need to figure out how to play it because it doesn't appear in the startup for kingdoms and i tried to change the name on the folder but its not working and it says that another instance of the folder is open but i can't find it

To start if I was you I would uninstall the game then reinstall a fresh fully clean MT2+Kingdoms then check the patch to see if your up to date. After all that Reinstall TATW with all the patches working up to 2.1. Make sure that after you have finish installing all the patches it should work. If not ask someone who memory of how this mod works to help you in the link above
